Izod Impact Tester
      ASTM Method D256  Appendix X2., ISO 179
Covers the determination of the resistance of plastics to "Standardized" pendulum type hammers, mounted in"Standardized" machines, in breaking standard specimens with one pendulum swing.

Calibrated features: Base ( level, mass, affixed ); Impact Indicator (dial or digital), Pendulum Arm ( Straightness, Length, horizontal hammer weight ); Strike Angle & radius; Vertical Fall; Vise or Jig Height of moveable vise jaw; Strike oil line to vise top edge; Holder Top Edge Radius.

Charpy Impact Tester
       ASTM Method D6110, ISO 180, 13802
Determining the charpy impact resistance of notched specimens of plastics. Resistance of plastics to breakage by flexural shock as indicated by the energy extracted from standardized pendulum type hammers with one swing.

Calibrated features: Base ( level, mass, affixed ); Impact Indicator (dial or digital), Pendulum Arm ( Straightness, Length, horizontal hammer weight ); Charpy Strike Angle & radius; Vertical Fall; Vise or Jig Height of moveable vise jaw; Strike oil line to vise top edge; Holder Top Edge Radius.

Extrusion Plastometer        ASTM D1238
Determination Melt Flow Rates of Thermoplastics. Apparatus: shall be a Dead weight - piston plastometer consisting of a thermostatically controlled cylinder with a die at the lower end and a weighted piston operating within the cylinder.

Calibrated features: Cylinder( Inside Diameter, Length ); Die ( Outside Diameter, Height, Inside Diameter ); Piston ( Length, Shaft Diameter, Foot Length, Foot Outside Diameter ); Temperature Uniformity ( Alternate Method ); Timing Device; External Loading Weights.
